Tyra Fom is the SI Advisor in the PEPFAR Nigeria surge state of Akwa Ibom. Tyra engages more directly with implementing partners and service providers at the state level and leads the coordination of situation room meetings which bring together state agencies, donors and implementing partners for weekly data reviews and analysis with follow-up on identified service delivery gaps across different program areas.
