I work on Digital Health policy and practice at USAID. I have been working in the ICT4D space since 2006. I was one of the co-founders of the UNICEF Innovation team, worked on the Open Development team at the World Bank, and worked in both the Global Development Lab and Global Health Bureau at USAID. Prior to that I was a professional software developer in the private sector for a decade. Throughout my career I have led open source projects, research projects, and field implementations as well as written policy documents and designed learning courses. I was the data lead for the USAID Ebola Response work 2014 and one of the co-authors of the Principles of Digital Development and the Principles of Donor Alignment in Digital Health.
