My name is Evelyn C. Too ,working with Ampath program which is a partnership between Moi university ,Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and a consortium of North American Universities. Ampath deals with management of HIV and other chronic diseases in Western Part of Kenya.Ampath is PEPFAR funded supported by USAID and works closely with Ministry of Health.I work as a Program Officer and clinician at the Moi Teaching and referral - Ampath Centre HIV clinics based in Eldoret,Kenya
