Currently Country Director for Data.FI - a 5-year PEPFAR/USAID project aiming to accelerate and sustain access to high-quality data towards expediting HIV epidemic control and maintenance in Nigeria - I come with over 2 decades of experience in medicine, public health and international development across several countries with expertise in program design, management, implementation, health informatics and M&E for HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health, and family planning/reproductive health programs.
I hold a degree in General Medicine from Vinnitsa State Pirogov Memorial Medical University, and a post-graduate master’s degree in Pediatric Surgery from Horbachevskiy Ternopol State Medical University, both in Ukraine and have had experience working in Ukraine and Nigeria with provision of short- and long-term technical assistance to development projects in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia.
